Flexo Label Advantage Group (FLAG), a buying group for label converters, has announced that Stockpilz has become the excess and obsolete paper and used equipment marketplace for FLAG and IPW, both buying associations that represent independent commercial printers and label converters.

As a result of the partnership, IPW and FLAG members now have an easy to use marketplace that allows their members to easily dispose of excess or obsolete paper inventory and used equipment but also get great deals on paper raw material used in finished products for their customers. Launched in April 2015, Stockpilz is a resource for the paper industry to find great paper deals and a place to dispose of excess inventory at a superior return. Stockpilz was accepted into the UpTech business accelerator’s fourth class that started in September 2015.

The partnership also provides Stockpilz with access to the hundreds of IPW and FLAG members to enhance the competitiveness of its paper / equipment marketplace. “Adding hundreds of potential new buyers and sellers into our paper marketplace provides more opportunities for our buyers to get access to more great paper deals,” says Stockpilz CEO Darrin Murriner. “It also provides our sellers with even more buyers for their products that were already returning a 30-50% increase on their return over other alternatives such as waste haulers.”
